Cooperative Efficiency Evaluation System for Intelligent Transportation Facilities Based on the Variable Weight Matter Element Extension

In order to effectively evaluate the cooperative efficiency of intelligent transportation facilities, a structural model four development elements, including functional cooperative, operational information and operation is constructed with guidance system coordination evaluation established based on it. Then, dynamic variable weight matter-element extension method was describe facilities analyze key road sections in Jinan area as an example. The results show that ten sections, two are poor performance status, three good five excellent status. indexes vertical construction, scheduling level, element completeness, multi-departmental integration level have most significant impact facility sensitive; plan executability, ease upgrading, space–time alignment rate negligible least sensitive.
